I found my answer at my local KIA dealer in Las Cruces. Not only was the experience transparent, but the 2026 Sportage Hybrid offered the best "bang for the buck" in terms of construction and technology. KIA wasn't on my radar but I was determined not to pay for "Dealer Add Ons. Other dealers claimed the add ons were installed on the cars as soon as they roll off the car carrier and non-negotiable. • Dealer Transparency: Unlike other brands currently forcing $10,000 markups, my experience with KIA was straightforward—no forced "nitrogen in the tires" or hidden fees.

• Class-Leading Warranty: The 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty provides some serious peace of mind, especially when venturing into new hybrid territory.

The Cons (What I’m Still Getting Used To)
